We kept the structure straightforward so users can quickly understand how data moves through the product, from onboarding to AI food scanning to account deletion requests.
We collect information you provide directly, such as your name, email address, age, weight, height, fitness goals, and dietary preferences during account creation and onboarding. We also collect usage data, including food logs, activity entries, and water intake records you create within the app.
Your data is used to provide personalized nutrition and fitness tracking, generate AI-powered insights and recommendations, calculate daily calorie and macro goals, and improve the overall app experience. We use anonymized and aggregated data to improve our AI models and app features.
Your data is securely stored using Google Cloud, which employs industry-standard encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest. Authentication is handled by Clerk, which follows best-in-class security practices. We regularly review our security practices to protect your information.
When you use the AI food scanning feature, images you take or upload are sent to AI agent for analysis. Images are processed to identify food items and estimate nutritional content. We do not store your food images permanently — they are processed in real-time and not retained after analysis.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties. Your data may be shared only in the following limited circumstances: with service providers who assist in operating the app, when required by law, or to protect the rights and safety of our users.
Feature requests submitted through the app are public and visible to all users. When submitting a feature request, your display name will be shown alongside your submission. Upvote counts are visible to all users. Please do not include sensitive personal information in feature request submissions.
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time. You can update your profile information within the app. To request complete data deletion, please contact us at wagbdev@gmail.com. We will process deletion requests within 30 days.
We use anonymized analytics to understand how users interact with the app, which features are most used, and where improvements can be made. This data does not contain personally identifiable information and is used solely to improve the app experience.
